The Artist’s Experience
I often ask myself "why I draw?"In fact I do not want to be just a new burden on the world of Art; I wish I could contribute to it, no matter how simple my contribution may be, through my modest and different vision of things. I wish that Art could inspire my soul and bring it into a realm of tranquility and sublimity, far from all earthly things.
I believe when I add the final touches to the painting and demonstrate it to the viewers, it is not any more mine, it becomes theirs; people have a great rule in recreating the Art piece by their interpretation and criticism. I am mostly interested in the ordinary people’s views, in the layman’s taste.
